Antalis Ltd acquires assets and trade of Ovenden Papers Ltd

Ovenden Papers will continue to operate under the family name, supported by Antalis in the UK & Ireland. The acquisition includes the business’s customer relationships, employees, premises and relevant operational assets, enabling Antalis to provide continuity while it undertakes a detailed review of the business and its future development.

In the immediate term, the priority is to ensure a smooth transition and maintain continuity of supply and service for customers. Antalis will work closely with employees, customers and suppliers to provide reassurance and minimise disruption as the business becomes part of the Antalis Ltd organisation.

The acquisition provides an opportunity to build on Ovendens' assets, combining the business’s established market knowledge and customer relationships with Antalis’ wider product portfolio, distribution network, technical expertise and resources.
