My deliveries & returns FAQs

We pride ourselves on our 'on time and in full' performance, which we believe is the best in the industry. But if you have a query about your deliveries or need to make a return, the below should help.

  • For the vast majority of our stock, when the order is placed before 18:00 it will arrive the next day.
  • Certain products may have a longer lead time, and your sales person can advise you of these (and if you're ordering online your order confirmation will let you know when you should expect to receive the products).
  • We can order a delivery direct from the mill for some orders and larger quantities, and we will work with you to arrange a time and method that is best for your business to enable this.

Delivery for stocked products is free if your order is over £150. Some orders may incur a surcharge, any additional charges will be displayed at checkout and on your order confirmation.

If necessary, you can inform us when placing your order that you will need to delay delivery or if you have a specific booking-in slot; and we'll do our best to accommodate this.

We'll always try to work with you if you have a specific window for delivering products or have a project with tight deadlines. Many of the vehicles we use have geo-tracking on them, so we can track the location of your product and provide an estimated ETA. Alternatively, you can go to the Order History in the My Account section of your online account and track your delivery there.

If something goes wrong, we'll always try to make it right. Your full terms and conditions can be found in our Terms & Conditions for Customers or through your Antalis contact.
