Xerox carbonless Coated Front (CF) bottom sheets are used to create copies of invoices, receipts or records: they are easy to customise (for e.g. with barcodes or logos) and very simple to use.
Carbonless, or No Carbon Required (NCR) means that inks adhere on the reverse side of the previous sheet: these Xerox carbonless sheets are coated with chemical clay on the front surface (CF) and they are always positioned at the bottom of a pile of forms to copy.
When a pressure (e.g. for a signature) is applied on the top of the stack, the ink coated on the previous sheet react with the chemical clay to replicate a mark identical to the original.
There is no limit to the number of single sheets that can be utilised in a set to create multiple copies of a form, but a single Xerox carbonless coated front sheet is always located at the bottom of a pile.
These Xerox carbonless Coated Front (CF) single sheets are available in different sizes and thicknesses and in choice of colours to help order each single sheet in sequence when collated in sets.
