Antalis is pleased to partner with Brief Cases, who link business and education, presenting 2022’s packaging design competition, ‘Smart Luxury Packaging: Drinks Sector’ in collaboration with leading art institution, Norwich University of the Arts.

Following the success of last year’s competition in collaboration with Brief Cases, and to support the packaging designers of the future, Antalis will sponsor the competition for the second year running.

This year’s brief, ‘Smart Luxury Packaging: Drinks Sector’, invites students to explore high-end drink sector brands and to design limited, luxury packaging to promote their concept. This encourages students to consider how to create standout packaging and how to elevate the elements to deliver a secondary purpose. The assessment criteria will include packaging design, recognising opportunity, impact, commercial viability, brand strength, and presentation.

50 students from Norwich University of the Arts have already signed up to participate in the competition. A prestigious jury, to be announced in July, will be selected to review the work, with winners revealed in September. Amongst other prizes, the student in first place will benefit from the opportunity to have their work displayed on Antalis’ stand at London Packaging Week in September 2022.
