A rental product company with more than 20 years of experience and present in more than 40 countries was receiving a large number of damaged returns. Our experts at Antalis found a solution.
Milesman, a manufacturer and seller of compact diode lasers for permanent hair removal, has more than 20 years of experience and operates in more than 40 countries. They supply equipment to end customers, usually on a rental or lease basis.
This means that once the contracts are over, customers have to return the equipment – which is where the problems arose: due to improper packaging during transport, the brand was receiving a huge amount of broken items, especially the laser lens parts.
Milesman turned to Antalis to solve this problem. They needed a type of packaging that would work both as easy storage for the customer and as a container for the equipment during returns.
The Antalis Packaging Team developed a recycled non-cross-linked polyethylene foam mould that offers optimum protection of the entire product, especially the lens. It is not only cost-effective, but also eco-responsible, as it can be reused and recycled.

Saves in shipment preparation time, gives a better image and adds more value to the presentation of the product.
The foam used is a recycled non-cross-linked polyethylene foam that can be easily reused.
The packaging is easy to handle by third parties, easy to recycle and saves on space.
With the right expertise and guidance, we helped our client to optimise their packaging process efficiency.

We designed a bespoke solution to meet our customer's needs and help them meet this specific challenge.
