In a world where interior design is constantly reinventing itself, wallpaper is making a strong comeback, asserting its presence in modern homes, retail outlets, hotels, restaurants and workspaces. Because wallpaper is no longer just a wall covering, but a real surface for expressing an identity, a unique style, and the opportunity for brands to showcase their DNA, values and visual identity in large format, Antalis has taken care to overhaul and enrich its range of customisable wall coverings by offering a selection suited to all types of projects, uses and installation methods.
The new Antalis ID Wallcovering range now includes 8 customisable wallcovering materials, including 5 new finishes sourced exclusively from European suppliers.
Most of the range consists of non-woven wallpapers, the result of a process of compacting polyester fibres and wood shavings, which have the benefit of offering greater thickness and resistance than wallpapers made solely from paper and are well-known for being easier to handle and harder to tear. Technical features that are highly valued by demanding space renovation professionals. What’s more, the range offers a wide choice of PVC-Free wallpapers, in line with the environmental approach to which Antalis has been committed for a number of years and in response to its customers' expectations for more eco-responsible visual communication.
The range includes 4 PVC-free non-woven wallpapers designed for moderate traffic areas and available in several types of installation methods such as paste-the-wall and adhesive options. These quality products are mainly intended for sophisticated, or even luxury, retail outlets that want to create a refined environment to enhance the customer journey, or for the hotel industry to personalise bedrooms and foyers. These include Coala Walldesign NW UV/LX Fine Stone, a paste the wall material with a fine structured finish which can be printed with UV and latex inks, guaranteeing optimum printability. Or Coala Walldesign NW Recycled, made from 100% recycled fibres, which is sure to inspire even the most environmentally conscious brands.

The range has also been updated with 4 new PVC embossed wallpapers, which are thicker and denser than other wallpapers, making them rub-resistant and capable of concealing imperfections on walls. They include paste the wall Coala Walldesign NW Smooth Matt, Fine Sand and Canvas finishes, as well as the heavy duty Dreamscape Suede, a textile backed wallpaper particularly suitable for commercial high-traffic areas, such as corridors or entrance halls.

And lastly, to satisfy those who are used to adhesive installation, we have PVC-free Coala Walldesign Stick R with a smooth matt finish and Coala Silky Wallcover with a fine textile finish and semi-opaque backing.
