FAQ My deliveries

We pride ourself on our 'on time and in full' performance, which we beleive is the best in the industry. But if you have a query about your deliveries, the below should help.

  • For the vast majority of our stock, when the order is placed before 5.30PM it will arrive with the next day.
  • Speciality, converted, or larger orders may take more time, and your sales person can advise you of these (and if you're ordering online your order confirmation will let you know when you should expect to receive the product).
  • We can order delivery direct from the mill for some orders and larger quanities, and will work with you to arrange a time and method that is best for your business to enable this.

Worldwide delivery

Antalis is present in 41 countries around the world and can handle any request for delivery according to the destination's region.

Are you are an international group with subsidiaries abroad? Contact us to receive a logistics solution adapted to your needs.

Delivery is free if your order is over £100. Smaller orders often incur a charge because of the additional handling that is required and the differentiated route to market. Please get in touch if you want to know more.

If necessary, you can inform us when placing your order that you will need to delay delivery or if you have a specific booking in slot; and we'll do our best to accommodate this.

We'll always try to work with you if you have a specific window for delivering products or have a project with tight deadlines. Many of the vehicles we use have geo-tracking on them, so we can track the location of your product and provide an esitmated ETA.
