My Account FAQ's

Below are the answers to our most frequenclty asked questions relating to your Antalis account.

Are you new to Antalis?

  • It's very easy to Create an account or just click on "Login" and follow the instructions.
  • You can also contact your sales representative to begin creating your account.


If you are already an Antalis offline customer, simply enter your customer number or email to log in and access your account online.

Your account number can be found on any Antalis document such as your invoices.

  • Click on the "Log in" button at the top of any of the e-Shop pages.



  • Enter your e-mail and your password.


  • Confirm by clicking "Log In" to access your account.

If you do not remember your password, you can receive it directly in your inbox by contacting us.

If you do not remember the email address used for your account, contact customer service : Contact us.

After signing in, click on "My Information" and change your details.


After signing in, click on "My Account", "My Profile" and "Personal Information". You can then change your username and/or password.


After logging in, click on "Delivery Address Book" to modify, create or delete a delivery address.
