MetaliK is a range of one sided coated Graphical boards with highly reflective Silver, Gold and Copper laminate, developed specifically for dry toner print processes.
The beauty of the MetaliK range is that it is optimised for maximum toner adhesion and static control. The reverse side is also treated to give excellent image quality.
Engineered for strength and rigidity, the MetaliK range folds easily with no cracking making it a superb solution for luxury digital packaging. It also gives stunning effects for graphical applications such as Greeting cards, book/magazine/corporate magazine covers, tent cards, business cards.
Metalik Boards can also be printed with Offset inks

Setup
Kernowprint Metalik products are designed uniquely for dry toner technology*. To ensure the bets possible results, we recommend the following guidelines. • Always fan the ream before use. • Use the bypass trays to allow straight path through printer • Use the top trays for output • Set the grammage to 300 -350 gsm range • Where available, with Xerox devices use SIQA settings to optimize print quality • With other devices use adjusted transfer settings to optimize print quality • If duplexing the media, ensure the Metallic surface is the first side through the IOT. Note this may not be the first side of your artwork, please check. Generally recommend manual duplexing • * This product is not yet suitable for Xerox iGen or other oil based fusing devices (DC7000.8000 series) • We recommend customer trialing a sample pack in first instance. • Available ex-stock in packs of 50 and 125 sheets in SRA3 (larger sizes are available)

Storage Recommendations
Ensure that the material is not exposed to high levels of moisture, nor cold and heat. Unwrap just before use.
