Below are answers to the most frequently asked questions relating to ordering with Antalis.

Placing my order

Simply search and find the product you wish to purchase, select the amount and click the cart symbol, go to your cart and follow the on-screen checkout instructions.

This feature allows you to save time on future orders by creating a list of your most frequently purchased products or speciality items. Click the heart icon associated with each product and it will be sent to your favourites folder where you can create sub-folders, share with colleagues and organise to suit. Ordering via the favourites section is straightforward and allows you to get on with the things that matter during the day.

  1. If you know the product code or item number, go directly to Fast order at the top of the e-shop homepage.
  2. Enter the references and quantities, then click on the Add to Cart symbol.

You will receive a confirmation email for all orders on our site.
If you do not receive the email, please contact our 
support team.

Once you have confirmed your order it is immediately processed, which means you can no longer modify it from your My Account area. However, if you wish to modify or cancel your online order, contact us as soon as possible via Contact us remembering to give us the online order number that you received by email.

Please contact us. You will receive a refund in the form of credit on your account.

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale, return costs may be deducted depending on the reason for order cancellation.
