Antalis ensures that through key internal systems, that we can trace any product through our distribution network from supplier through to customer.
We are required to be able to monitor and track through the supply network product derived from sustainable forests for example FSC-CoC or PEFC CoC. Antalis have attained both FSC and PEFC Chain of Custody across our UK business network. This means that you can be reassured of the source and traceability of your product from the forest through to order and delivery.
We see the importance of keeping at the forefront of industry developments and also look to share our knowledge with suppliers and customers, ensuring all parties in the supply chain are well informed and working in partnership.
Antalis also extends its responsibility across additional codes of practice and reside on The Technical Advisory Committee for The British Retail Consortium/Institute Of Packaging Food Packaging Code Of Practice, conducting leading research into its industry adoption. In addition, we are involved with The Consumer Packaging Code of Practice – both standards ensure that packaging, paper and envelopes sold to the retail sector are clearly traceable and hygienically sound.
Antalis are the first and currently only Paper Merchant certified to both FSC and PEFC chain of custody.
