Antalis have developed Antalink, our online ordering system, with our customers in mind. Antalink has evolved and been developed using customer feedback, to ensure that using Antalink is relevant for our customer requirements. |

The key feature of Antalink are:
- Multi-user system, allowing customers to have multiple logins and for customers to manage their own users.
- Innovative search engine, allowing customers to search for free text, our item numbers or by selecting the properties of the products they require, with Antalink displaying the results that match the search criteria.
- Intuitive ordering process, with little or no training required. On the catalogue screen your search, results and shopping cart are all displayed on one screen to enable you to keep a track of what you are ordering.
- Real time stock availability and customer specific pricing.
- Fast order process, for those customers who know the Antalis item number(s) they want to order.
- Order history, not only showing orders placed in Antalink, but orders placed manually too. You can re-order previously placed orders at the click of a button.
- Online proof of deliveries allows you to see the signed delivery note, so you can see who signed for the goods and when. No need to ring our sales desk for copies; you can see it online at anytime.
- Buying structure support, allows those customers who have a spend limit per user if required, and has a full authorisation process built in. This function is only enforced when set up by the customer.
- Contract adherence allows customers to define, by user or groups of users, what can be ordered, to prevent “maverick spending”. This function is only enforced when set up by the customer.
- Online payment supporting Visa and Visa purchasing cards, MasterCard and MasterCard purchasing cards and Maestro (Switch) cards. Antalis use the secure services of ITS for card authorisation and settlement, and Antalis at no point store or record your card number when ordered through Antalink.
- Order samples online.
- Favourites and Saved shopping baskets to speed up the ordering process for regularly ordered items and orders.
