e-Commerce Help Desk

Just because you order electronically, it doesn’t mean we don’t want to talk to you, quite the opposite. The Antalis sales team are only too happy to discuss your paper and packaging requirements, as well as price and product related queries, but what if your problem is technical related?

We at Antalis recognise that sometimes you need technical support or help with the e-Commerce solution you are using, and that you want to talk to a person who understands how the links work. For this reason Antalis have a dedicated e-Commerce help desk, backed up by a team of  e-Commerce and I.T. staff to help resolve any questions or problems you may have ordering electronically with Antalis.

The help desk also has a good relationship with the MIS system providers we link to, so even if the problem isn’t at our end, we can help progress your query through your system provider.

The help desk is available during normal office hours (09:00-18:00 Monday – Friday exc. Bank holidays) and can be contacted on 01530 517220 (UK and Ireland customers only). Alternatively if your preferred method of communication is e-mail you can e-mail the help desk team at ecomsupport@antalis.co.uk, and we will respond to your query as soon as possible.

We are always happy to hear your thoughts about what you think works well, and where you think we could improve our e-Commerce service. Antalink, our online ordering system, was developed using good constructive feedback from our customers allowing us to develop a solution for our customers.
