Figures

Our latest gender pay gap report, dated 5 April 2023, presents an opportunity for reflection and further action. While our mean gender pay gap stood at 25.14%, a deviation from our previous year-on-year reductions, this change primarily results from specific payment timing variations rather than systemic pay disparities.

We’re proud to say that our continuous efforts to ensure fairness in pay and bonus structures are unwavering. Our analysis in the tables below adheres to reporting requirements and underscores our ongoing commitment to transparency and equality. Our Women in Leadership program, aimed at accelerating women's career advancement into leadership roles, further supports this.
